The promise

Every Artivorin order is backed by a 60-day money-back trial. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund of your purchase price within 60 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] within 60 days of your order date.
2. Include your order number and the name on the order.
3. We'll reply with return instructions and a return authorization.
4. Return any remaining jars (including empties) to the address provided.
5. Once received, your refund goes back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

What's covered

• The purchase price of the product is refundable within the 60-day window.
• The trial applies to orders placed through tryartivorin.com.

What's not covered

• Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
• Requests made after the 60-day window.
• Products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
